Campaign Strategy
Campaign Strategy
A campaign is not one video. It's a strategy, a creative system, and a library of assets working together across your landing page, ads, social, and every campaign that follows.

The Formula
- 00Project Overview
- 01The Ask — Build the visual foundation
- 02The Strategy — Sell the moment of relief
- 03The Execution — Cinematic stress stories
- 04The Work — Film · Demo · Ads · Content
- 05The Impact — A reusable content ecosystem
01 · The Ask
Build the visual foundation for marketing Calmstone.
Calmstone needed foundational marketing content that could explain the product, establish how it fits into someone's life, and market specifically toward the stress and anxiety audience.
Rather than producing one standalone commercial, the goal was to create a collection of assets that could support the landing page, advertising, social media, and future campaigns.
02 · The Strategy
Sell the moment of relief, not simply the device.
We narrowed the messaging specifically around stress and anxiety. We developed the creative around recognizable everyday moments instead of making the advertising feel clinical. Sleeplessness, distraction, an overwhelming morning, overflowing coffee, burnt toast, sitting in the car, spacing out, breathing, etc. Calmstone would enter those moments as a tool for returning to the present rather than having the entire advertisement simply explain the product.
There was also a deliberate funnel/content strategy. We weren't trying to make every video accomplish everything. The flagship video could establish the emotional problem and brand; the product demonstration could answer how Calmstone works; and shorter ads could isolate specific stress scenarios and messages.
We also went through a real pre-production strategy process: audience/competitor research, creative brief, content pillars, concepts, customer journey, distribution thinking, shot development, talent, locations and approvals.
03 · The Execution
Turn recognizable stress scenarios into cinematic stories.
We built multiple environments and characters around different manifestations of stress. The bedroom sequence showed a middle-aged woman awake at night, including the clock progression and the idea behind "Some nights feel heavier." Her performance was intentionally subtle and natural rather than exaggerated.
The kitchen/morning sequence used distraction and burnt toast to communicate an overwhelmed mind, ultimately connecting back to "Come back to the present." We developed additional male lifestyle scenarios around everyday stress — coffee overflowing, sitting overwhelmed in the car, outdoor breathing/yoga, spacing out, etc.
Then we separately captured clean product demonstration footage, beauty shots, inserts and Calmstone interactions, giving the brand assets that weren't tied exclusively to one commercial.
Visually, the direction was always calming, cinematic and informative, rather than something that felt like a traditional direct-response wellness advertisement. Even the sound strategy was considered — we discussed a short recognizable audio identity built around breathing/heartbeat elements.

04 · The Work
One production. An entire content library.
Flagship Film
The landing-page anchor that establishes the emotional problem and the brand.
Product Demo

Paid Ads

Lifestyle Content

Social Assets
Reusable social and marketing assets not tied to a single commercial.
Beauty & Inserts
Product beauty shots and interactions ready for any future campaign.
05 · The Impact
A reusable content ecosystem — and an ongoing creative partnership.
The work gave Calmstone a cohesive foundation of reusable assets — a flagship film, product demonstration, lifestyle footage, stress/anxiety advertisements, and a library of social and marketing assets ready for every channel.
And the relationship didn't end when production wrapped. It moved into an ongoing creative partnership covering continued editing, social content, ad graphics, landing-page updates, creative strategy, revisions and repurposing.
That's what a campaign should be: not a deliverable, but a system that keeps working long after the shoot.
